Caught in our own race against time, we were thrilled to have the Matilda Hospital, one of Hong Kong's oldest and best-known healthcare institutions, as one of our earliest clients. Our brief was to sell their annual Matilda Bazaar and Sedan Chair Race, arguably one of the most popular fund-raising events in town - patronized by both Western and Chinese members of the community. And so we got running.

Using lots of Flash (back then still gaining a foothold in Hong Kong), we developed a colourful animated interface. The graphics were an eyeballer in themselves. And the concept of an all-illustration Web site, for an institution as prestigious and highly regarded as the Matilda, was a true groundbreaker.
